Synopsis:
YouTube famous ghost gang, Chrissy, Chase, Emma and Kiki, decide to visit a haunted hotel in LA that’s notorious for tragedy. They expect it to be just like the rest of the hauntings they’ve been to. They just want to attract new subscribers.
When they stumble upon something unexpected in the former room of a gruesome killer. It’s not long before they realize they’re in over their head.
Thoughts:
This was a really fun YA paranormal thriller. I loved the characters! They really made this book fun.
I get a kick out of reading about all the crushes that came out. They’re just so cute and take me back to those days when I was that age.
This book was also immensely creepy! I got chills a few times as I listened to it. For having such a great plot, the characters were well developed. I often feel that as I reader I have to chose between a good plot, and good character development and in this book I didn’t have to choose.
I did feel that this book was a little too predictable, even for being YA, but it was still a lot of fun
If you’re looking for an awesome YA ghost story, then you need to read this one. It’s particularly good on audio and I highly recommend enjoying it that way.
